Why CrossFit?
Our classes are small and coaches focus on the athletes-- We push you to be better and provide you with skills that are applicable to every day life. You are surrounded by a great motivating group of people who will help you achieve your goals.
What if I can't do the workout?
Every CrossFit workout is scaled and/or modified to the athlete. Please do not let our workouts scare you! We meet you at YOUR level.
Why C3 (Cypress CrossFit Club )?
We keep our classes small and have coaches with different expertise. If you're looking to lose weight, run a marathon, or compete in CrossFit or Olympic weight lifting competitions, we can help. Our coaches hold full-time employment and know the important of maximizing workouts to get results. Our community fosters a positive atmosphere for all levels of athletes inside and outside of the gym. All pictures on this page are of current or former members/guests.
We are also one of the few boxes that have a designated children's room complete with a TV, movies, and toys-- being able to manage family life with exercise is one of the keys for success in your healthy lifestyle! Although not staffed, there is a window from the main workout area into this room so you can bring your little ones and keep an eye on them while working out! No more excuses! Great for kids who are able to entertain themselves.

What should I expect?
You should expect to meet a great group of people while getting sweaty! CrossFit is fun. We encourage and motivate each other. Show up in workout clothes, bring a water bottle and a positive attitude, and you are ready to start!
How do I get started?
We recommend attending our Saturday community WOD. Come meet our members and coaches. If you have already attended or know you want to join, we will schedule you for your one-on-one Basics course. This course is generally 3 sessions an hour long.
