Basics Beginner Course
This is a one-on one 3 part class with a coach-- and runs about 1 each session. Please schedule your appointment if you are new to CrossFit. The Basics course is free with purchase of a one month membership.

No contracts-- All prices are monthly and due on the 1st of every month. We will pro-rate your first month depending on the day you join.
Drop in class rates - $20 (add a shirt for an additional $15!)
